摘要
针对路面铣刨机铣刨齿在施工过程中出现铣刨齿的断裂失效问题,从铣刨齿材料的组织方面进行原因分析,结果表明,铣刨机铣刨齿冲击韧性偏低、硬度偏高,材料中存在较多的夹杂物是导致铣刨齿断裂的主要原因。预防铣刨机铣刨齿断裂应从改善冶金质量、减少钢中夹杂物数量,改进热处理工艺,提高铣刀铣刨齿材料的韧性方面来考虑。
For the fracture failure of the milling tooth which occurs during the construction using the road milling machine, the paper conduce a cause analysis in terms of the composition of the milling tooth 's materials. According to the results, low impact toughness, high hardness and much inclusions in materials of the milling teeth on the road milling machine primarily contribute to the fracture of milling teeth. To prevent the milling teeth from fracturing, we shall consider enhancing the metallurgical quality, improving the heat treatment process and increasing the toughness of the materials for the milling teeth.
