摘要
分析三维网眼机织物的组织结构、模型及织造工艺过程,然后在此基础上设计出新型双向开口机构,重点介绍配有双向开口机构的三维织机的开口工艺,以期为三维网眼机织物的开发提供参考。
The pattern structures,models and weaving processes of three-dimensional net woven fabrics were analyzed,and new dual-directional shedding mechanisms were designed on these basis.The shedding process of three-dimensional loom with the dual-directional shedding mechanism was focused on,in order to provide a reference for the development of three-dimensional net woven fabric.
