摘要
高速机车齿轮用钢为时速250km/h以上的高速机车牵引齿轮,是高档渗碳齿轮钢,具有高强度、高耐磨性、高的塑韧性,广泛应用于各类矿山、港口等工业用减速机、高速机车牵引齿轮等方面。黑龙江省冶金研究所自开发试制以来,对该钢种进行深入的研究,不断完善工艺,采用高功率电炉+LF炉外精炼+VD真空精炼及钢锭热送、轧制或锻造、退火工艺,工艺技术先进、质量性能稳定。
Gear steel of high speed locomotive was used in the condition of more than 250 km / h high- speed locomotive traction. That is high- grade carburizing gear steel,with high strength,high wear resistance,high ductility and toughness,is widely used in the industrial reducers of various types of mines,ports,and high- speed locomotive traction gears and other aspects. Since the trial production and development Heilongjiang Metallurgical Institute continues the in- depth research,and constantly improves the technology,using high power EAF ＋ LF ＋ VD,thermally sending ingot,rolling or forging,and annealing process,with advanced technology and stabile quality and performance.
