摘要
针对变压器、线路等电力设备的不同运行状态和维修需求,从不同数据库系统收集电力变压器历史数据,利用历史数据对变压器故障曲线进行拟合,确定每台变压器故障的分布曲线,计算每台变压器在周期内的运行故障风险。同时统计每台变压器在每个计划周期内的检修状况,计算每台变压器每个计划周期内计及检修状况的运行和故障风险,计算每台变压器的计划检修概率,确定每台变压器计划检修次数,从而制定变压器在计划周期的检修策略。通过在某一大型电网110 kV电力变压器上应用验证,该计划检修策略有效可行。
According to the different operation status and maintenance requirements of power equipments, such as transformers and lines, this paper collected the historic data of power transformers from different database systems, used the historic data of power transformers to fit fault curve, assessed their fault risk in the planned period. At the same time, it made the statistical analysis for the maintenance status of power transformers, assessed their operation and maintenance risk of power transformers in a planned period considering maintenance status, determined the probability and number of planned maintenance of power transformers, and proposed a planned maintenance strate- gy of power transformers. The 110 kV power transformer in a large - scale grid was taken as an example to prove the feasibility of this strategy.
