摘要
本文以地市供电公司同业对标综合排名提升为导向,提出了一种基于指标贡献度的同业对标考核激励模型。一方面引入指标贡献度概念,突出其它公司指标段位对本公司综合排名的影响,能够较好的解决当前考核系统不能充分考虑段位分布特点的缺陷;另一方面引入了指标的权重系数,有效的区分了各指标的重要程度。通过实际模拟安徽省电力公司2014年上半年对标结果,验证了模型的有效性和合理性。
Oriented to the comprehensive ranking upgrade of power company benchmarking,An incentive model of benchmarking based on the index contribution is proposed.The model presents a concept of index contribution,highlighting the impact of other company's ranking indicators,it can solve the defects of current appraisal system,which does not fully consider the characteristics of the grade distribution;In addition,the introduction of index weighting factor can effectively distinguish the importance of each indicator.A case study of the benchmarking results in first half year of 2014,Anhui Electric Power Company,shows the efficiency and rationality of the model.
