摘要
目的建立气相色谱定量测定水产品中16种有机氯类混合农药残留的方法。方法样品由乙腈提取,以氨基固相萃取柱(Carb/NH_2)净化,经气相色谱检测分析。结果 16种化合物在0.05-1.00mg/L内线性关系良好(r〉0.998),各有机氯的检出限为0.04-0.31μg/kg(S/N=3)。在加标水平为50、100、200μg/kg时,该方法的回收率为72.6%-115.2%,相对标准偏差为0.6%-7.5%。结论该研究建立的方法选择性好、灵敏度高,适用于水产品中有机氯类农药的多残留痕迹测定。
Objective A method for quantitative determination of 16 kinds of organochlorine pesticide(OCPs)in aquatic products by gas chromatography(GC)was established.Methods The sample was extracted by acetonitrile,purified by Carb/NH2,and then determined by GC.Results The linear relations of 16 kinds of OCPs were good at 0.05-1.00mg/L(r〉0.998).The limit of detection of OCPs was in the range of 0.04-0.31μg/kg(S/N=3).When the standard levels were 50,100,200μg/kg,the recovery rates were 72.6%-115.2%,the relative standard deviations were 0.6%-7.5%.Conclusion The method established in this study is applied to the determination of 16 kinds of OCPs in real samples with satisfactory results.
