摘要
联合体总承包项目中,各参与方出于自身利益考虑,可能导致合作伙伴的利益受到损害,由此导致项目的失败。因此,解决项目成员的利益冲突,对利益进行协调和分配,是项目成功进展的基础。联合体成员在利益分配时,各利益相关方偏好不同的利益分配方案,文章通过对可能影响利益分配的四要素投入、风险、贡献及努力水平进行分析,建立不同的利益分配模型。运用TOPSIS方法,确定了不同利益分配方式的权重,折中形成一种综合的分配方案,协调核心利益相关者的利益分配。
Consortium as general contractor,the parties involved for their own interests,may lead to damage to the interests of partners,which led to the failure of project implementation. So,conflicts of interest of project members,coordination and distribution of interests,is the basis for success of the project progress. Members of the Commonwealth during the distribution of benefits among stakeholders prefer a different distribution of benefits programs,the article establishes the distribution of benefits of different models by analyzing four factors that may affect the distribution of the benefits. Using TOPSIS method to determine the weight of different benefits distribution compromising to form a comprehensive plan for the distribution.
