摘要
对同一烟草品种毕纳1号在贵州毕节、河南宝丰两种气候条件下的叶片蛋白质表达差异进行了分析,筛选出6个响应气候变化的差异表达蛋白质。3个蛋白质在毕节样品中高表达,分别为为甘油醛三磷酸脱氢酶、O-乙酰丝氨酸硫解酶和光合系统Ⅱ23 k D放氧复合蛋白质。这些蛋白质与烟草叶片能量合成、半胱氨酸合成以及光合系统的放氧活性有关。在宝丰样品中高表达的3个蛋白质为质体脂质相关蛋白质、乙醇脱氢酶和液泡ATP酶G亚基,这3个蛋白质均为环境胁迫表达蛋白质,参与植物对外界胁迫环境的应答反应。这说明河南烟区的气候特点对烟草的生长造成了一定的环境胁迫,从而诱导多个胁迫响应蛋白质大量表达,而贵州烟区的气候特点则使得烟草的生长倾向于合成代谢的增强,如能量合成、氨基酸合成以及光合作用的进行。
Comparative research was conducted on leaf protein expression profiles of tobaccos planted at the same time in Guizhou and Henan. And six differentially expressed proteins. Three of them which expressed at high level in the leaf sample from Guizhou are Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase, O-acetylserine thiol-lyase and 23-kDa polypeptide of photosystem Ⅱ oxygen-evolving complex. The other three proteins which expressed at high level in the sample from Henan are plastid-lipid-asso- ciated protein, alcohol dehydrogenase and G subunit of vacuolar-type H +-ATPase. The results indica- ted that the climatic conditions in Henan could be a kind of stress to the growing of tobacco so that stress-response proteins were induced. While the climatic conditions in Guizhou could strenghen the function of synthesis in tobacco such as energy, amino acid and photosynthesis.
