摘要
Lisfranc关节即跖跗关节,广义上的Lisfranc关节包括跖骨间和跗骨间关节,又称为Lisfranc关节复合体,而狭义上的Lisfranc关节仅包括第1、2跖跗关节及第1、2楔骨间关节。Lisfranc关节损伤为临床较少见的疾病,发病率较低,误诊率较高。近年来对lisfranc损伤的认识越来越深入,对该病的治疗及预后转归也日渐重视。笔者就近年来lisfranc损伤的诊治进展做一综述。
Lisfranc joints broadly include the joints between metatarsal and tarsal,also known as Lisfranc joint complex, and Lisfranc joint in a narrow sense includes only the first and second tarsometatarsal（TMT）joints. The clinical incidence of Lisfranc joint injury is relatively lower,but the misdiagnosis rate is higher. In recent years more and more in-depth research about the treatment and prognosis of the disease is also becoming important. In this paper,the recent progress on Lisfranc injury diagnosis and treatment are reviewed.
