摘要
文章着眼于社会工作领域对低龄老年人力资源开发进行研究,通过对人口老龄化以及目前社会工作人才队伍现状的背景描述,从社会工作对低龄老年人力资源开发的机遇和挑战两方面分析其可行性,最终提出了现阶段需要转换观念、加强培训、完善法律法规的建议对策。在宏观的研究下结合具体的社会工作领域微观探讨,希望可以缓解人口老龄化所带来的一系列社会问题。
The article researches the social work for the human resource development of younger elderly people.Through the background description of aging population and the status quo of social work talents, it analyzes the feasibility of the social work for the human resource development of younger elderly people in terms of opportunities and challenges.At last it puts forward the idea that we need to change our thoughts, intensify training, and perfect laws and regulations.By combining macro research and micro research of social work, we hope the measures can alleviate a series of social problems caused by the aging population.
