摘要
用乙醇从何首乌(Polygonum multiflorum Thunb)中提取白藜芦醇单体,在254 nm紫外灯下照射18 min诱导成为顺式单体。用HPLC纯化分离出反式和顺式白藜芦醇,使用CuSO_4-Phen-V_C-H_2O_2-DNA体系检测两种单体的淬灭羟自由基的能力。结果显示,顺式单体较反式单体具有更显著地淬灭羟自由基的能力。
This experiment used the ethanol from polygonum multiflorum thunb extract resveratrol monomer,on the 254 nm under UV light irradiation induced by 18 min into CIS monomer. With HPLC isolation and purification of a trans and CIS resveratrol, the ability to use CuSO4-Phen-VC-H2O2-DNA system for detection of two kinds of monomer quenching hydroxyl free radical. The results showed, compared with the trans CIS monomer monomer has the ability to significantly quenching hydroxyl free radical.
