摘要
建立了一种高效液相色谱法同时测定诺尼果汁中车叶草苷酸和去乙酰车叶草苷酸含量的方法。采用Shimpack VP-ODS-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-磷酸水溶液为流动相,流速为0.5 min/mL,检测波长为237 nm。在此条件下,车叶草苷酸和去乙酰车叶草苷酸分离良好,浓度分别在5μg/mL^50μg/mL和25μg/mL^250μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.02%和102.15%,RSD值为1.58%和2.40%。西沙诺尼果汁车叶草苷酸和去乙酰车叶草苷酸平均含量为0.204 mg/mL和1.640 mg/mL。
An analytical method of asperulosidic acid and deacetylasperulosidic acid in Noni Juice was established by HPLC. The separation was performed on a Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with Acetonitrile-phosphoric acid aqueous as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.5 mL/min and detection wave length at 237 nm. Asperulosidic acid and deacetylasperulosidic acid were successfully separated.The calibration curve of asperulosidic acid and deacetylasperulosidic acid were linear in the concentration range of5 μg/mL-50 μg/mL and 25 μg/mL-250 μg/mL, respectively. The average recoveries of asperulosidic acid and deacetylasperulosidic acid were 99.02 % and 102.15 %, respectively. The RSD of asperulosidic acid and deacetylasperulosidic acid were 1.58 % and 2.40 %, respectively. The mean content of asperulosidic acid and deacetylasperulosidic acid in Xisha Noni juice were 0.204 mg/mL and 1.640 mg/mL.
