摘要
利用浓HNO_3-HClO_4(4∶1)混合酸消解样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定半夏、天南星、皂荚和猫爪草4种温化寒痰药材中所含的Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cr、Ca、Mg的含量。探讨药物中微量元素含量与功效之间的关系,并对结果进行了准确度和精密度测定。本法测定简单且精密度高,加标回收率在96.45%~101.75%之间,RSD〈1.6%。结果显示,药物中金属元素含量丰富,但含量具有明显的差异。其中Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn含量丰富,Cu和Cr的含量相对偏低。药物中Cu/Zn比值在0.123~0.616之间,Ca/Mg比值在2.45~6.72之间。测定结果为新药的生产和开发提供了微量元素含量依据。
The contents of trace element such as Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Cr,Ca,Mg in four kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicines of warming for resolving cold-phlegm including Pinelliae ternate,Arisaema erubescens,Gleditsia sinensis,Ranuunculus ternatus thumb were determined by using flame atomic absorption spectrometry with the samples were digested with HNO_3-HClO_4(4∶1).The relationship between content of trace element and efficacy were studied,and the accuracy and precision of the measurement results were studied too.This method have the advantages of simplicity and high precision.The recovery with standard addition is between 96.45% ~101.75% and RSD 1.6%.The determination results indicate that there are rich metal elements,but the contents are obvious different.The contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn are high,but Cu and Cr are relatively low.The ratio of Cu/Zn is between 0.123 ~0.616 and Ca/Mg ratio is between 2.45 ~6.72 in the four kinds of medicinal materials.This data of trace elements have been provided scientific basis for the production and exploitation of new medicine.
