New Technologies in Smart Power Consumption and Technology Repository Management

摘要 智能用电作为电网与终端用户联系最为紧密的环节,是我国未来智能电网建设的重点。智能用电相关技术呈现跨学科、多领域的特点,梳理并跟踪智能用电新技术对于智能用电产业政策和发展规划制订具有重要意义。首先,在调研智能用电技术现状的基础上,进行相关跨学科技术发展调研;其次,对繁杂的智能用电技术进行梳理分类;最后,探讨技术储备库管理的多个环节,包括构建智能用电技术储备库、技术评估、技术出库、与业务改造与新业务设计等。 Smart power consumption,the most closely link between power grids and consumers,has now become the focal point of future smart grid construction. New technologies in smart power consumption are multidisciplinary and involve a variety of fields. Hence,it is of great significance to screen key technologies which are worthy to be tracked and followed up. First,based on technology status,research on other related subjects about smart power consumption technologies are carried out. Secondly,four dimensions of technique classification are presented. Finally,some issues of technology repository management are discussed,such as new technology repository building,technology evaluation,business process optimization and design,etc.
