摘要
当前计算机软件得到了较为广泛的应用,较好地提升了人们的工作效率,改善了人们的生活方式。同时,软件项目管理工作在整个软件开发的过程中有着非常重要的作用,较好地保证了软件项目顺利、有序的开展。另外,软件项目在开发的过程中存在较多的风险,严重影响了软件开发项目最终的效益。因此,全面实现软件项目管理中风险识别与管理分析有着非常重要的意义。文章从软件项目风险管理相关理论入手,分析了软件项目风险管理的过程,并针对性地提出了软件项目风险管理工作优化的策略。
