摘要
目的观察芪明颗粒治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法将已明确诊断为非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组59例,118只眼,口服降糖药、皮下注射胰岛素,并坚持糖尿病饮食和适当运动等治疗;治疗组61例,122只眼,在对照组治疗的基础上加用芪明颗粒,持续治疗6个月。观察比较治疗前后两组患者视力、眼底和FFA检查结果情况,并评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为85.25%,对照组总有效率为54.24%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在控制血糖治疗基础上,加服芪明颗粒治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变,临床疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qi Ming Granule in the treatment non proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods 120 patients with non proliferative diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the control group 59 cases（118 eyes）,oral hypoglycemic agents,subcutaneous injection of insulin,and adhere to the treatment of diabetes,diet and appropriate exercise,and so on;In the treatment group 61 cases（122 eyes）,on the basis of controlling blood glucose treatment,taking Qi Ming granule,continuous treatment for 6 months.The visual acuity,fundus and FFA examination results of two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.25%,and that of the control group was 54.24%,the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of controlling blood glucose treatment,taking Qi Ming granule in the treatment of non proliferative diabetic retinopathy has a significant effect.
