摘要
目的探讨强化医学生临床实践能力培养的途径。方法分析目前临床实践能力培养过程中存在的问题,建立强化临床实践能力培养的有效途径。结果更新教学理念、构建临床实践能力教学内容、创新临床实践能力教学方法和考核评价方法是强化临床实践能力培养的有效途径,加强教学组织管理、建设现代化教学平台、提高教师教学能力和积极性、建立教学督导反馈机制是强化临床实践能力培养的保障措施。结论通过以上强化临床实践能力培养途径可有效提高医学生临床实践能力。
Objective To explore the ways to strengthen clinical abilities for medical students. Methods The current problems in the cultivation of clinical ability were analyzed and an effective way to strengthen clinical ability training to be created. Results The effective ways to enhance training of clinical practice ability were renewing teaching ideas, establishing clinical-prac- tice-ability teaching contents, bringing new ideas to teaching methods on practice ability and evaluation methods; the supporting measures were conducted to ensure the training program which included reinforcement of organizational management, construction of a modern teaching platform, improving teaching ability and activeness, and creating feedback mechanism for teaching and super vision. Conclusion The establishment of the ways to boost clinical practice training can effectively improve clinical work of med- ical students.
