摘要
作为社会现代化的产物,网络已成为我国公民政治参与和利益表达的重要平台。在新时期反腐语境下,网络以其自身独特的技术优势和"旋风式"的反腐效果愈来愈受到人民群众的青睐。网络反腐作为公民政治参与中出现的一种非制度化的参与渠道,也是一种新的政治现象。文章分析了在中国出现这样一种非正式但又十分重要的反腐渠道的原因,并指出多元化的网络环境给新时期政治认同整合带来的冲击。在网络反腐视域下,我国应通过加强网络平台"硬环境"和网络意识形态"软环境"建设,构筑起"网上网下,官民互动"的全方位、宽领域、多层次的反腐体系,进而提高认同指数,推动法理型政治认同建设和提高我国政治文明水准。
As a product of modern society,the network has become an important platform for political participation and expression of interests. In the context of the new era anti-corruption,network becomes more and more interested by people of all ages with its own unique features and Whirlwind anti-corruption effect. Network anti-corruption as a non-institutionalized participation channel and a new political phenomenon during the Citizen＇s political participation. Why is there such an informal but very important anti-corruption channel in China？ Which impact has diversified network environment brought on political identity integration in the new period？ How does our country in the context of the new era anti-corruption by strengthening the network platform ＂hard environment＂and the network ideology ＂soft environment＂construction,building a structure of the Comprehensive,multi-level and wide-ranging anti-corruption system which is＂online and offline,officials and the public interaction＂thereby improving recognition index,promoting legal-political identity construction and raising the standard of our political civilization.
