摘要
目的探讨16排螺旋CT及其后处理技术在胫骨平台骨折诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析66例胫骨平台骨折病人直接数字化X线摄影(DR)和CT平扫、多平面重建(MPR)及容积成像(VR)影像资料,对比分析DR及CT平扫、MPR和VR成像显示胫骨平台骨折及骨折类型的能力,并与手术结果相对照。结果 DR确诊胫骨平台骨折56例,疑似骨折2例,漏诊8例;CT平扫及后处理成像确诊66例,无漏诊,且MPR成像纠正骨折分型3例。结论 16排螺旋CT及其后处理技术在显示胫骨平台细微骨折及骨折分型方面较DR更有优势。
Objective To assess the value of 16-multislice spiral CT and its postprocessing techniques in the diagnosis of tibial plateau fracture(TPF). Methods Imaging data of direct digital radiography(DDR)and plain CT,multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)and volume rendering(VR)of 66 patients with TPF were retrospectively reviewed,and a contrastive analysis of the capability of DDR and plain CT,MPR and VR in indicating the classification of TPF,the findings were compared with surgery.Results TPF was confirmed by DDR in 56 cases,suspected in two,and miss diagnosis in eight;the TPF was confirmed by CT and postprocessing imaging in all 66 cases with no miss diagnosis,and the classification of the fracture was corrected by MPR in three cases. Conclusion The CT scan and its postprocessing techniques have more advantages over DDR in showing tiny tibial plateau fracture and fracture typing.
