摘要
目的核对工业X射线埋弧焊管检测成像系统放射防护效果,评估放射工作人员和公众受到的辐射危害。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测进行综合评价。结果探伤室各墙与防护门表面剂量率(0.06~0.32μGy/h)低于国家标准限值,防护安全装置运行可靠。结论该工业X射线埋弧焊管检测成像系统防护措施有效、可靠,能保证放射工作人员与公众的安全。
[Objective] To study the radiation protection effect of the industrial X-ray imaging inspection system for submerged arc welded pipe,assess the radiation hazards that workers and the public suffered during operation. [Methods] Occupation health investigation and field testing of occupational hazard factors in working place were applied in the comprehensive evaluation.[Results] The results showed the dose rates(0.06-0.32 μGy/h)on the surfaces of external walls and doors of the inspection room were lower than the national standard limit,and protective safety devices were reliable. [Conclusion] The protection measures of the industrial X-ray imaging inspection system for submerged arc welded pipe are effective and reliable,which can ensure the safety of the radiation workers and the public.
