摘要
分析了目前我国煤化工面临的水资源短缺、气化技术对原料煤要求苛刻、能耗高、水耗大、环保技术滞后等问题,提出大力推广空冷技术逐渐取代水冷是降低水耗的重要途径。指出发展劣质煤煤气化技术,消化呆滞煤和高灰粉煤,优化全厂工艺,注重三废利用,可以降低能耗和碳排放量。另外,企业增强环保意识,增大环保投资,是在目前的环保技术水平下降低污染最有效的方法,企业新建煤化工项目入驻园区可以减少项目投资。强调煤化工项目在设计之初就要考虑优化全局工艺和技术选择,达到节能和节水目的。
With the rapid development of coal chemical industry, the abuse is increasingly obvious, such as high energy and water consumption, high carbon emissions, large investment, and low energy effieiency. This paper studies the affect on coal chemical industry in China of water stress, increase quality coal, high energy consumption, high water consumption, lag environmental technology and low efficiency, in terms of the current situation of China's coal chemieal, to promote air-conted technology gradually is important way to reduce water eonsumption. The development of gasification technology for low-quality coal and high ash coal, the whole plant process optimization and focusing on waste utilization, can reduce energy consumption and carbon emissious. In addition, to increase enviromnental awareness and incrase investment in environmental protection is the most effective way to protect environment in the current pollution controlling levels. New coal chemical projects should be settled in the chemical park to reduce the project investment. It is stressed that the project design must he considered to optimize the overall proeess and technology choices to save energy and water, while paying attention to the development of environmentally friendly technologies.
