摘要
含硫集输管道的内腐蚀一直是石油天然气行业内的关注热点。介绍了含硫天然气集输管道从设计到维护的内腐蚀控制措施,包括材料的选择和优化,加注缓蚀剂,设置腐蚀监测设备,进行腐蚀检测,优化工艺设计等方面的内容。在项目开发设计时就应全面引入内腐蚀控制设计方案和适合的腐蚀监测体系,形成项目切实可行的整体防腐方案。
The internal corrosion of H_2S-containing gathering pipelines is always the hotspot focused on oil and gas industry. The internal corrosion measures of H_2S-containing gathering pipelines were presented from design stage to maintenance stage, including select and optimizing the material, inject corrosion inhibitor, install corrosion monitoring equipments, conduct corrosion detection and optimizing the process design, etc. The designing scheme of internal corrosion control and appropriate corrosion monitoring system should be considered when the project start to design of exploitation. The integrated anticorrosion program should be practicable.
