摘要
进行桥梁深水基础维修加固施工时,其主要困难在于如何有效的进行防水、防流砂,防止冲刷和滑坡等,施工时常配以钢围堰作为临时挡水结构。论文针对已进行加固桥梁的复杂深水基础条件,详细介绍了其承台分体式双壁钢围堰的方案设计、围堰下水、围堰浮运、围堰解体及平台安装等复杂施工过程,总结了在施工中围堰解体遇到的技术问题,并提出了一种较为前沿的解决办法——双壁钢围堰平衡分体技术,可直观掌握围堰分体时是否处于平衡状态,投入少、风险小,可供类似工程参考。
The major difficulties during the maintenance construction of deep-water foundation for bridges are water-proofing,soil-proofing, anti-scouring and landslide etc, during the construction usually use steel cofferdam as the water-retaining structure. In view of the complex deep water foundation conditions of the bridge, this paper was detailed to introduce the design of steel hung box cofferdam for platform、cofferdam launching、cofferdam floating、cofferdam separation and platform installation etc. Through summarizing the technical problems encountered in the cofferdam separation, this paper propose a more advanced solution-double-well steel cofferdam equilibrium separation construction technology to obviously know well whether the cofferdam balance or not when begin the cofferdam separation. The feature of this technology: supplying less, risk less. It can be a reference for other similar projects.
