从招聘信息看图书馆学人才需求与专业教育 被引量:37

摘要 [目的 /意义]信息时代的到来对图书馆学专业教育提出新的发展要求。分析新环境下图书馆、企事业单位和政府部门对图书馆学专业人才的需求,思考如何完善我国图书馆学教育。[方法 /过程]通过网络调查我国图书馆、企事业单位和国家公务员的招聘信息,分析其岗位需求、学历要求、招聘人数等数据,结合目前我国图书馆学教育现状,就图书馆学教育之发展完善提出相关建议。[结果 /结论]图书馆学教育应该密切关注社会人才需求的变化,从优化课程体系,改善教学方式,开展多层次教育,重视职业规划教育等方面进行完善。 [ Purpose/significance ] Information era presents new demands on the development of library science education in the new environment. It is necessary to analyze the needs of library science professionals and propose reforms to promote the development of library science. [ Method/process ] Through a network survey about recruitment information of libraries, enterprises and civil servants to analyze their job requirements, academic requirements, the number of recruits and other data, and then points out some suggestion by combining with the current status of library science education. [ Result/conclusion] It is found that library science education should be paid close attention to the changes in the social demand for talents starting from optimizing curriculum system, improving teaching methods, carrying out multi - level education and paying attention to career planning and other aspects.
