响应面法优化粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷的制备工艺 被引量:5

Optimize Preparation Technology of the Fly Ash Porous Ceramic by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为了探究沙柳木粉对于添加造孔剂法制备粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷的影响,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法(RSM)优化制备工艺。依据回归分析研究添加造孔剂法制备多孔陶瓷的影响因子,获得较优的制备工艺:造孔剂添加量为15wt%,成型压力为10 MPa,保温时间为2 h,此条件下所烧制的多孔陶瓷显气孔率为34.23%。通过试验结果验证,响应面法对添加造孔剂法制备粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷最佳工艺条件优化方案合理可行。 In order to explore the effect of Salix Mongolica powder on preparation fly ash porous ceramic by adding pore-forming agent, based on single factor experiment, optimize preparation technology was studied via response surface methodology. The impact factor for preparation Fly Ash porous ceramic by adding pore-forming agent was investigated on the basis of regression analysis to obtain optimum process: the amount of pore-forming agent, the moulding pressure and the holding time was 15 wt%, 10 MPa and 2 h, respectively. Here, under the optimum process, the apparent porosity of porous ceramic was up to 34.23%. The results showed that the optimization scheme of preparing the Fly Ash porous ceramic by response surface methodology was reasonable and feasible.
