连续式砂滤器低砂层过滤性能研究

摘要 连续式砂滤器是一种改良的生物滤池,具有投资及运行费用低、管理简单等多重优点。在50 cm低砂层条件下,研究了空气量、滤速、砂循环速率对过滤性能的影响,得出装置过滤的最优工作参数为:滤速4.0~5.6 m/h,气量0.5~0.7 m3/h,砂循环速率5.8~8.5 mm/min,为连续式砂滤器的研发与优化提供参考。在最佳状态下运行,装置对SS去除效果明显。 The continuous sand filter is a kind of modified biofilter,which has many advantages,such as low investment,low operating costs and simple management,etc. The influences of the amount of air,filtration rate and sand circulating rate on filtration capacity has been studied,when the low sand bed condition is 50 cm. The optimum working parameters obtained for the installation of filtration are as follows: filtration rate is 4.0-5.6 m/h,amount of air 0.5-0.7 m3/h,and sand circulation rate 5.8-8.5 mm/min,providing reference for the research,development and optimization of continuous sand filter. Under optimum operation conditions,the device has significant removing effect on SS.
