摘要
为了比较静力学方法测量锯材弹性模量和泊松比结果的一致性,采用机械拉伸法和四点弯曲法,分别实测了I69/55意杨试件的弹性模量与泊松比值;并进行了异常值剔除,均值、标准差、变异系数与相关系数等误差分析、正态分布分析和测试方法的相关性比较;同时用ANSYS模拟分析了加载测试系统的可靠性。结果表明,机械拉伸法和四点弯曲法实测的弹性模量值与泊松比值符合规范值要求;拉伸法得到的弹性模量值高出四点弯曲法12%,两种测量法得到的弹性模量值的相关系数为0.97;拉伸法和四点弯曲法得到的泊松比值为0.99。结论得知,机械拉伸法和四点弯曲法测量杨木锯材试件的弹性模量与泊松比值的结果具有一致性;用ANSYS对本测试系统进行模拟计算,说明本试验的施力方式合理、科学,其应变的可靠性好。
In order to compare the consistency of the results of the elastic modulus and Poisson measuring by the statics methods. This article adopts the mechanical stretching method and four-point bending method of statics to measure elastic modulus and poisson's ratio respectively of the specimens made of Populus euramevicana cv. I69/55; the article eliminates abnormal values, analyzes of the error of mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation and correlation coefficient, compares normal distribution, correlation analysis and test methods. At the same time the reliability of the load testing system was analyzed by using the ANSYS simulation. Conclusions show that the measured values of the elastic modulus, a poisson's ratio tested by the mechanical stretching method and four-point bending method conform to the requirements of the standard value; the elastic modulus values of the stretching method is 12% higher than that of the four-point bending method, and the correlation coefficient of the elastic modulus values tested by the mechanical stretching method and four-point bending method is 0.97; the poisson's ratio values of the stretching method and four-point bending method is 0.99, and the test results show that testing results used the two methods in this article is consistent. Using ANSYS simulation test system, this applying way of in this experiment is reasonable, scientific, and having the strain of good reliability. In this paper, the quality ratings and researches of the lumber have application value.
