摘要
通过对含大面积缺陷钢板进行静力拉伸试验,探讨碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)布与缺陷的相对位置及腐蚀面积两因素的变化对钢板承载力的影响,全面分析在各因素影响下CFRP布与钢板的破坏过程和破坏特征,获得CFRP布与缺陷的相对位置及缺陷面积对加固效果的影响规律:随着缺陷面积的增加,未加固试件、背面加固试件和正面加固试件的承载能力降低;正面加固效果优于背面加固,可提高屈服荷载1%~3%,极限荷载1%左右。
Static tensile test was carried out for large area corroded steel plate. And it was discussed that the influence law of the change in the position of CFRP with respect to the defect and its area on bearing capacity of the steel plate; it was also comprehensively analyzed the failure process and failure characteristics of CFRP and steel plate under the effect of various factors. Last the influence law was obtained of the position of CFRP with respect to the defect and defect area on the reinforcement effect. The bearing capacity of the unreinforced,back-reinforced and front-reinforced specimens were decreased with the increase in the defect area; the front-reinforced effect was better than back-reinforced one,and the yield load and ultimate load could be increased by about 1%- 3% and 1%respectively.
