摘要
采用马来酸酐改性大豆蛋白,并与丙烯酸酯发生共聚,用共聚乳液和固化剂混合压制胶合板.结果表明:压制的胶合板达到了GB/T 9846—2004Ⅱ类胶合板标准;以5 g大豆蛋白、10 g PVA、16 g VAC和20 g MMA为原料制成胶黏剂胶接的板材,适应于绝大多数环境,所需成本较低,适合工业化生产.通过正交试验,确定了在110℃,0.7 MPa(单位压力)条件下,施加0.5%固化剂所压制的胶合板力学性能最好.
Using maleic anhydride modified soy protein,and the copolymerization with the acrylic ester,with a copolymer emulsion and curing agent mixed to suppress the plywood. The results showed that the plywood can reach to the plywood standards of GB / T 9846—2004 class II;the adhesive gluing is made of raw materials 5 g of soybean protein,10 g PVA,16 g VAC and 20 g MMA plate,which is suitable for the majority of environment,the cost is low and suitable for industrial production. By orthogonal test,the best mechanical properties of plywood obtained by applying 0. 5% curing agent under the condition of 110 ℃ and 0. 7 MPa( unit pressure) were determined.
