摘要
基础设施建设是传统烟草农业向现代烟草农业转变的先行条件。结合河南省襄城县2005年以来烟叶生产基础设施建设情况和烟农对烟叶生产基础设施的需求状况,发现近年来烟叶产区基础设施建设活动非常活跃,烟区烟叶生产的基础设施明显改善,但仍然难以满足烟农的需求。今后机耕道路、灌溉设施以及密集烤房仍然是烟叶生产基础建设的重要内容,就未来烟叶生产基础设施建设方向提出相应政策建议。
Infrastructure construction is the leading condition for the transformation of traditional tobacco agriculture to modern tobacco agriculture. Combined with the situation of tobacco producing infrastructure construction and the demands of tobacco farmers in Xiangcheng county since 2005,it is found that infrastructure construction is very active and tobacco infrastructures have been improved significantly in tobacco-producing areas,but it is still difficult to meet the needs of tobacco farmers. In this paper,it is thought that the tractor-ploughing roads,irrigation facilities and bulk curing barns are still important fields of tobacco producing infrastructure in the future and some policy suggestions are put forward on the future direction of tobacco producing infrastructure construction.
