摘要
针对目前光纤类温度传感器在高温测量中存在的问题和光纤高温传感器发展现状,自行设计和研制了一种全光纤高温传感器,该传感器为全光纤结构,采用新的传感原理,获得了一种适用于150~900℃的光纤高温传感器,其灵敏度为22 pm/℃,传感器温度传感线性度为99%。该传感器的开发可望解决石化等行业高温监测问题,同时还可以在电力、高速列车、消防及核辐射等恶劣环境中使用。
According to the require of high temperature monitoring in petroleum chemical industry and the present situation problem of fiber optic high temperature sensor,a kind of noval principle and structure optical fiber high temperature sensor is designed and fabricated. The sensor has all fiber in- line structure,150 ℃to 900 ℃ temperature range with 22 pm / ℃ sensitivity and 99% high temperature sensing linear degree. The development of this sensor is expected to solve the problem of high temperature monitoring in petrochemical industry,at the same time,this kind of sensor can also be used to the electric power,high speed train,fire,nuclear radiation and other harsh environment.
