摘要
针对多模态过程中的过渡模态监测问题,提出了一种基于高斯混合模型的多模型过程监测方法.在过渡初期与末期时,利用高斯混合模型,采用稳定模态与过渡模态联合监测的思路对其进行监测.通过仿真发现,此方法对于过渡模态尤其在过渡初期与末期,监测效果较好,具有一定的实用价值.
Based on the analysis of the issues of the transitional mode monitoring arising from the multimode process,process monitoring model for different modes was proposed on the basis of Gaussian Mixture Model.The proposed model was monitored by means of Gaussian mixture model from the perspective of combing stable model with transitional mode.The simulation result showed the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method,especially at the beginning and the ending of the transitional mode.
