摘要
地方高等医学院校与地方公共卫生机构协同共建共享教育资源和人才培养渠道不畅通。建立和完善协同育人机制,可推动地方高等医学院校公共卫生人才培养改革,满足地方公共卫生事业发展对人才的需求。我们通过对公共卫生人才与协同育人需求及现状分析,对构建协同培养公共卫生人才模式的具体做法进行了探索和实践,并获得了一定成效。
The synergy sharing and construction channel of educational resources and talent training can not flow freely between provincial medical colleges and public health agency. The establishing and perfecting synergy education mechanism would be beneficial to promote public health talent cultivation reforms in provincial medical colleges,and to meet the talents demands of public health development. The demand and status of public health talents and synergy education were analyzed,the public health personeltraining model were constructed and its exploration and practice have been completed and certain achievements made simultaneously.
