金融危机冲击进出口贸易,直接影响我国进出口企业的出口收汇、进口换汇问题。本文明确信用风险的内涵,以案例分析的方式,分析信用风险内在机制和我国外贸企业通常遇到的信用风险问题,并针对这些问题建议企业构建内部信用风险管理机制、提升企业业务人员专业素质、完善外部风险规避及担保体系等具体路径与措施来防范信用风险。
