摘要 为提高大学生就业率,学校应不断加大培养力度,在大学生中培养创业意识、精神和技能,而大学生创业能力培养效果需要一定的载体和科学的方法来评估,构建大学生创业与就业能力评估指标体系,首次将灰色关联矩阵和理想点法相的优势结合应用于大学生创业与就业能力评估中。把灰色关联的概念引入TOPSIS理想点法,巧妙地结合灰色关联度和欧氏距离,同时采用了三角模糊数的层次分析法与熵权法结合的综合权重法。求解灰色关联系数矩阵,从而得到正负理想解,依据方案与理想解的距离进行排序,从而对大学生创业与就业能力进行科学评估。 In order to improve employment rate universities should try hard to cultivate college students' pioneering consciousness,spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship skills.College students' entrepreneurial ability training effect need certain carrier to check and more scientific method to evaluate.This thesis creates college students' employment and entrepreneurial ability assessment system and for the first time apply the advantages of gray correlation matrix and TOPSIS to college students' employment and entrepreneurial ability assessment.The thesis introduces the concept of gray correlation intro TOPSIS technique,combining the Euclidean distance with the gray relational grade.At the same time it combines the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process with entropy weight method to get a comprehensive weight.Solve the gray correlation matrix and get positive and negative ideal solution then rank the projects according to distance between project and ideal solution.By this way to scientifically evaluate employment and entrepreneurial ability among college students.
