摘要
研究了生产过程中存在质量缺陷的制造、再制造混合系统,建立了考虑质量缺陷的混合系统基本批量模型,得到最优批量策略。缺陷品返工和回收品再制造增加了库存管理的无序性,引起管理成本的增加,基本批量模型无法对无序成本进行量化。在基本批量模型的基础上,基于热力学定律建立了混合系统热力学批量模型。通过求导得到最优批量策略。利用Matlab软件进行数值仿真对两种模型进行了比较分析。
Manufacturing/remanufacturing hybrid system with quality defects in the production process was researched.A hybrid system basic batch model was established and the optimal batch strategies were obtained.Defects rework and recycling remanufacturing increases the disorder of inventory management which results in the increase in management costs.The basic batch model is unable to quantify the disorder costs.A hybrid system thermodynamic batch model was established by applying the thermodynamics laws.The optimal batch strategy was obtained by derivation.The two models were compared by numerical simulation using Matlab.
