摘要 目的:探讨尿微量白蛋白(MA)和随机尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐比值(UACR)与慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)严重程度关联性,及对心力衰竭预后的评估价值。方法:选取124例CHF患者。比较不同心功能分级患者尿肌酐(Cr)、MA、UACR等指标间差异以及与N端B型利钠肽原(NT-pro BNP)间相关性。比较UACR增高患者和正常患者18个月后各项预后指标差异。结果:MA,UACR等指标在不同心功能组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05),UACR增高组和正常组在各项终点事件发生率上存在统计学差异。结论:MA、UACR能够作为评估CHF患者心功能水平的有效指标,对CHF患者病情评估和预后分析存在重要意义。 [ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the correlations between the ratio of urinary albumin(MA) and Urinary albumin/creatinine ratio (UACR) and analyze the value to prognosis in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods: 124 patients with chronic heart failure enrolled from in-patient were devided into three groups according to NYHA standards.Urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR), MAU, Brain Natriuretic Peptide(BNP), were measured and compared among three groups. Pathological events and cases of death among patients with different UACR were analyzed after a follow-up of 18 months. Results:The differences of UACR and MAU were statistically signiifcant among three groups (P<0.05). Patients with higher UACR suffered higher risks of pathological incidences. Conclusions:The MA and UACR can be a precise indicatrix for monitoring cardical stages and a predictor of pathological incidences in CHF patients.
