摘要
目的:探讨骨膜中微血管系统的重建在骨折愈合过程中对骨膜愈合的影响因素。方法:将24例新做骨折固定患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,各12例,对照组进行正常治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上按量注射血管生成素促微血管系统再生药物。结果:治疗组的骨骼愈合速度明显快于对照组的骨骼愈合速度。结论:促进骨膜微血管系统再生直接促进骨膜、骨折愈合的速度。
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To investigate the influence factors of the reconstruction of the micro vascular system in the periosteum on the healing of the periosteum in the process of fracture healing. Methods:24 cases of new bone fracture fixation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 12 cases and control group of normal treatment, the treatment group in the control group based on angiogenesis in quantity and injection hormone promote microvascular system for regenerative medicine. Results: The bone healing rate of the treatment group was significantly faster than that of the control group. Conclusion:To promote the regeneration of the micro vascular system of periosteum directly promote the speed of the periosteum and fracture healing.
