摘要
目的分析2013～2014年我院中药注射剂的临床合理用药情况.方法：回顾性分析宽城满族自治县医院2013～2014 年中药注射剂的年销售额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC）等项目.结果：中药注射剂销售额2014年较2013年有所上升,活血化瘀类中药注射剂在应用的品种及销售额上均居于首位,构成比均〉50%;单品种的销售金额和DDDs排名占前10位的也以活血化瘀类中药注射剂为主.结论：临床应用中药注射剂应加强安全性、有效性的监测,合理使用.
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To analyze the clinical rational use of Chinese medicine injections in our hospital from 2013 to 2014. Methods:Retrospective analysis of Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County Hospital from 2013 to 2014 years of traditional Chinese medicine injections in annual sales, DDDs (DDDs), the average daily cost (DDC) project. Results:Sales of traditional Chinese medicine injections to 2014 to 2013 compared to rise, traditional Chinese medicine injections of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis in varieties of application and sales are living in the ifrst place, which was>50%;single variety of consumption sum and DDDs ranking for the top 10 in the injection of the traditional Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis mainly. Conclusion:The clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections should strengthen the safety and effectiveness of the monitoring, rational use.
