摘要 目的探讨Twist表达与骨肉瘤临床病理特征及其转移的关系。方法纳入骨肉瘤患者100例,应用免疫组织化学染色的方法,检测Twist在不同病理类型骨肉瘤中的表达;并检测骨肉瘤转移组和非转移组患者Twist表达情况。结果 Twist表达主要位于细胞的胞质中,在骨肉瘤组织中其阳性率为83%;骨肉瘤恶性程度低组与恶性程度高组其表达情况具有统计学差异(P<0.05),但不同病理类型的骨肉瘤病理组织中其表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Twist在转移组骨肉瘤患者中阳性率为93.1%,在非转移组中阳性率为46.2%,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 Twist与骨肉瘤的发病密切相关,可作为临床判断骨肉瘤的辅助性指标,对临床的诊治及预后的判断具有一定的指导价值。 Objective To study the relation between Twist expression and clinicopathological features and metastasis of ostcosarcoma. Methods 100 patients with osteosarcoma were collected,immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect Twist expression in different pathological types of osteosarcoma; and Twist expression of osteosarcoma metastasis patients and non- metastasis patients were detected. Results Twist expression was mainly located in the cytoplasm, its positive rate was 83 % in osteosarcoma ; Twist expression between osteosarcoma low malignancy group and high malignancy group had significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ), but Twist expression in different pathological types of osteosarcoma had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) ;Twist pos- itive rate in patients with osteosarcoma metastasis was 93. 1%, in the non-metastasis group was 46.2%, there had statistical difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Twist is closely associated with the incidence of osteosarcoma,it can be secondary" indicators for clinical judgment of osteosarcoma, and it has guiding value for the diagnosis and prognosis of clinical significance.
