摘要 为测定牛奶中的磺胺类残留,将牛奶样品吹干后用20%乙腈溶解,供超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法分析。具体来说,选用乙腈+0.1%甲酸-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法在正离子多反应监测模式下测定。结果表明,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定牛奶中磺胺类残留在国家规定的限量范围内,该方法可以简便、快速、准确地测定牛奶中磺胺类残留。 For the determination of sulfonamide residues in milk,the milk samples were dried with 20% acetonitrile solution,for ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Specifically,this paper selected the acetonitrile +0.1% formic acid water as the mobile phase gradient elution,using ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry in the positive ion multiple reaction monitoring mode. The results showed that UPLC-MS/MS determinating the sulfonamides residues in milk was in the limited within the scope stipulated by the state,the method was simple,rapid and accurate for determination of sulfonamides residues in milk.
