摘要
针对应用型、复合型高校材料工程专业学位研究生的培养要求,在总结我校材料工程专业学位研究生培养模式改革经验的基础上,重点讨论了我校材料工程专业学位研究生综合改革,从培养模式创新、管理体制改革等几个方面探索培养全日制专业学位硕士研究生的有效方法,建立以提升专业学位研究生职业能力为导向的培养模式。
Aiming to the teaching requirement of application and compound type of postgraduates for professional degree of materials engineering and based on the reforming experience and training mode for cultivating postgraduates of professional degree of material engineering in Chang＇an University, this paper mainly discusses the comprehensive reform of postgraduates of professional degree of material engineering in our university. And effective methods on training full-time postgraduate of professional diploma from aspects of innovation of cultivating modes, reform of management system and so on are explored. And finally a training mode aiming at promoting the professional ability of postgraduates is established.
