仿水泥熟料化学组成重构钢渣研究 被引量:4

摘要 从化学组成出发,通过理论计算,确定调节材料的种类和掺量,使得重构钢渣的化学成分与水泥熟料接近,模拟熟料煅烧制度对钢渣进行重构。结果表明:当C/S较低时,原钢渣中C3S在重构过程中分解成C2S,RO相部分分解,Fe元素主要以Fe3O4存在,并形成以MgO为主、含有少量FeO的固溶体,液相量少;当C/S较高时,形成晶形良好的C3S和C2S,RO相完全分解,其中的FeO生成C4AF、C2F,MgO主要以MgO晶体存在液相量多,液相以铁铝酸钙为主。由于Al_2O_3含量低,矿物组成中未见C3A。仿熟料重构钢渣不会产生安定性不良且胶凝活性明显提高。 Taken the main chemical composition of cement clinker as target value,the amount of adjusting materials is determined by theoretical calculation. The steel slag is reconstructed to simulate the calcination processes of cement clinker. The results show that when the value of C / S is low,the tricalcium silicate( C3S) in the raw steel slag is discomposed to be dicalcium silicate( C2S). The RO phase is partial decomposed,the sosoloid contain much MgO and few FeO. The liquid phase is little.When the value of C / S is high,the crystalline form of C3S and C2S are favorable. The liquid phase is much. The RO phase is decomposed to be C4 AF and free MgO,a part of MgO exist in silicate phase and liquidphase. There are no tricalcium aluminate because of the low content of Al2O3. The soundness of the modified slag is qualified and the cementitious activity is remarkable enhanced.
