温拌阻燃沥青的制备及其理化性质研究 被引量:3

PREPARATION OF WARM-MIXED FLAME RETARDANT ASPHALT AND ITS PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES

摘要 对LKWO-Ⅱ型油基温拌阻燃沥青的制备工艺进行研究,考察了搅拌温度、搅拌转速、搅拌时间、温拌剂添加量等工艺条件对温拌阻燃沥青动力黏度的影响,并考察了LKWO-Ⅱ型油基温拌剂对阻燃沥青常规性能的影响。结果表明:制备LKWO-Ⅱ型油基温拌阻燃沥青的最佳工艺条件为搅拌温度130℃、搅拌转速200r/min、搅拌时间35min、温拌剂添加量(温拌剂与阻燃沥青的质量比)0.8%;LKWO-Ⅱ型油基温拌剂使阻燃沥青的软化点降低、针入度增加、延度增加,该温拌剂能提升阻燃沥青的抗低温开裂性能,可弥补阻燃剂会降低沥青低温抗开裂性能的缺陷。 LKWO-Ⅱ oil based warm-mixed additive was used to prepare warm-mixed flame retardant asphalt. The effects of preparation factors such as temperature, stirring speed and time during stirring process and amount of warm-mixed additive on the dynamic viscosity of the product were tested. The general performance of the product was also investigated. The test results show that the best prepara- tion conditions of warm-mixed flame retardant asphalt with LKWO-Ⅱ oil based additive are:130 ℃, stir-ring speed 200 r/min for 35 rain and the additive amount of 0. 8% (mass ratio of the additive and flame retardant asphalt). It is found that the addition of LKWO-Ⅱ oil based warm-mixed additive can reduce the softening point of flame retardant asphalt while increase the penetration and ductility, and improve the crack-resistant attributes at low temperature and remedy the disadvantage in low temperature crack- ing performance caused by addition of flame resistant additive.
