摘要
目的 观察重组人生长激素在烧伤植皮术后的应用效果。方法 选取浙江大学金华医院烧伤整形科2013年1月~2015年3月收治的烧伤植皮的患者共84例,其中对照组和观察组各42例,对照组给予常规对症支持治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予重组人生长激素治疗,随访并记录2组患者用药后血红蛋白(Hb)浓度变化、血浆白蛋白浓度、愈合时间。结果 观察组用药第7天和用药第14天Hb浓度分别为(94.65±7.13、121.76±9.08)g/L,均优于对照组(88.79±6.38、94.96±7.16)g/L(P〈0.05)。观察组用药第7天和用药第14天血浆白蛋白浓度分别为(35.70±2.42、40.26±2.41)mmol/L,均优于对照组(32.98±2.33、36.07±2.36)mmol/L(P〈0.05)。观察组植皮区、供皮区、深Ⅱ度痂下愈合时间分别为(8.48±2.01、15.28±3.17、21.18±2.79)d,均低于对照组(13.02±2.63、20.17±4.03、29.89±2.86)d(P〈0.05)。结论 重组人生长激素在烧伤植皮术后对烧伤植皮生长具有显著的促进作用,值得临床进一步研究和应用。
Objective To investigate clinical effects of recombinant human growth hormone in the treatment of burn skin graft surgery. Methods 84 cases with burns my skin graft from January 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 42 cases in each group, control group received conventional treatment of symptomatic and supportive treatment, observation group were treated with recombinant human growth hormone on the basis of the control group, followed-up and recorded two groups of patients hemoglobin (Hb) concentration changes, serum albumin concentration, healing time post-administration. Results The treatment group 7 and the first 14 days of medication Hb concentrations were (94. 65 ±7. 13,121.76±9.08)g/L, were better than control group (88.79±6. 38,94.96 ±7. 16)g/L (P 〈0.05 ). Observation group 7 and the first 14 days of medication serum albumin concentration (35.70 ± 2.42,40. 26 ±2.41 ) respectively mmol/L, were better than the control group (32. 98 ± 2.33,36.07 ± 2. 36) mmol/L ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Observation group graft area, donor sites, the healing time of the scab Deep II, respectively (8.48 ± 2.01, 15.28 ± 3.17, 21.18 ± 2. 79) d, were lower than the control group (13.02 ±2. 63, 20. 17 ± 4.03, 29. 89 ±2. 86) d (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Recombinant human growth hormone in the treatment of burn skin graft surgery for burns and skin grafting growth has a significant role in promoting further research and clinical application.
