肩峰下撞击综合征MRI表现及其与临床治疗的相关性 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究肩峰下撞击综合征(SAIS)MRI表现及其与临床诊断和治疗的相关性。方法回顾性分析20例SAIS患者的MRI表现及临床症状。结果 20例患者MRI均显示冈上肌肌腱信号和形态的改变,其中2例冈上肌肌腱完全撕裂,8例冈上肌肌腱部分撕裂,10例冈上肌肌腱表面信号异常、混杂;肩峰形态分别为平直型2例、弧型6例、钩型12例;肩峰下通道(AHI)<6mm 8例,AHI>6mm 12例。需要通过手术治疗的是钩型肩峰、AHI<6mm、冈上肌肌腱完全或部分撕裂患者,其严重程度、治疗方法与肩峰形态关系密切。结论仔细分析SAIS的不同MRI影像学特征,有助于SAIS的准确诊治。
