2010—2014年长江三峡库区万州段居民食用盐碘监测结果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的掌握长江三峡库区万州段农村居民碘盐食用现状,为碘缺乏病防治及效果评价提供科学依据。方法按照《重庆市碘缺乏病监测方案》,每年监测1次,每个镇乡监测点随机抽查4个行政村或居委,每个行政村或居委随机调查15户居民的食用盐,每户抽1份食盐样50g。按GB/T 13025·7-1999定量直接滴定法检测碘离子含量。标准评价:2012年前按《食用盐碘含量》GB5461-2000,碘酸钾含量(35±15)mg;2013年后按GB26878-2011标准,碘盐碘含量21-39mg/kg。结果 2010—2014年食用盐碘镇乡监测覆盖率80.48%,监测食用盐1 667份,合格碘盐1 602份,碘盐合格率为96.56%。2013年碘盐合格率最低(90%),其余4年均在95%以上,但仍有3.44%碘盐碘含量低于或高于碘盐国家规定标准限值。居民合格碘盐食用率96.10%,不合格碘盐食用率3.44%,在5个监测年度中,4个年度发现有非碘盐,占监测样本数0.47%。结论万州属轻度缺碘地区,三峡库区万州段又系榨菜生产地,榨菜加工生产企业在对榨菜中使用非碘盐,当地农村一些居民存在对碘缺乏病防治认识不足,贪图榨菜盐便宜,导致一些榨菜加工盐流入居民户,会对碘缺乏病防治成效造成一定的不良影响,因此,居民食用碘盐监测工作需要持续持久开展。 Objective Masterred the rural residents'iodized salt consumption status in Wanzhou section of Three Gorges Reservoir area of Yangtze River,to provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of the effect on iodine deficiency disease prevention.Method according the"monitoring program about the disease of iodine deficiency of Chongqing",monitted one time each year,random sampled four administrative villages or neighborhood committee in each town,random surveyed fifteen households'edible salt in each administrative village or commission,each draw was 50 g.Detected iodine ion conten according to the GB/T13025-7-1999 quantitative detection of direct titration method.Standard evaluation:According to the"edible salt iodine content"GB5461-2000 before 2012 year,the content of potassium iodate was (35±15)mg.After 2013 year,according to the GB26878-2011 standard:21-39 mg/kg iodine content in iodized salt.Result In 2010-2014 years,the monitoring coverage of edible iodine salt rate was 80.48%in township,Monitored 1667 copies of edible salt,qualified iodized salt was1602 copies,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 96.56%.The qualified rate of iodized salt in 2013 was the lowest(90%),the remaining four years'rate were above 95%.The edible rate of qualified iodized salt was 96.10%,the rate of unqualified iodized salt was 3.44%.In the five monitoring years,there were four years had found non iodized salt,the rate of non iodized salt samples was 0.47%.Conclusion Wanzhou is a mild iodine deficiency area,Wanzhou section of Three Gorges Reservoir area is the place of production of pickle,the pickled production enterprises are in the use of non iodized salt in pickled mustard tuber,some local rural residents are insufficient understanding of iodine deficiency disease,covet the cheap pickled salt,lead to some pickled salt processing into households,may cause the adverse effects on the iodine deficiency disease prevention,therefore,residents'edible iodized salt monitoring needs to be sustained as a long-term development work.
