摘要
目的调查新疆某高等医学院校教师的职业紧张和睡眠质量的状况,探讨职业紧张和睡眠质量的关系。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取新疆某高等医学院校教师1 100人,进行职业紧张和睡眠质量的问卷调查,并分析其不同人口学特征的职业紧张和睡眠质量情况。结果不同收入、婚姻、工龄、职称、学历及年龄的高等医学院校教师职业紧张差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历、婚姻状况、收入的高等医学院校教师的睡眠质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着职业紧张程度的增加,高等医学院校教师睡眠质量总分和各因子的得分也逐渐升高(P<0.05)。职业紧张与睡眠质量之间存在相关关系,Logistic回归分析显示影响睡眠质量的因素有工龄、职称、婚姻、工作紧张频度和组织支持缺乏频度5个因素。结论高等医学院校教师的职业紧张状况较严重,且睡眠质量较差,并且睡眠质量随着职业紧张程度的增加而逐渐降低,应引起关注,并采取相应的干预措施。
Objective To investigate the conditions of occupational stress and sleep quality of high medical college teachers in Xinjiang,and discuss the relationship between occupational stress and sleep quality.Methods Adopt the method of cluster sampling,extraction of Xinjiang there are 1 100 teachers from the high medical colleges of occupational stress and sleep quality questionnaire investigation.Results The different income,marriage,length of service,professional title,educational background and age of high medical school teachers were significantly different(P〈0.05)in occupational stress.The sleep quality of high medical school teachers with different degree,marital status,income were statistically significant(P0.05).With the increasing of occupational stress,PQSI total score,subjective sleep quality,sleep time,sleep disturbance,hypnotic drugs and daytime dysfunction score also increased(P〈0.05).Logistic regression analysis found that the indicators affecting the quality of sleep were title,nervous working frequency,working age,marriage and the lack of organizational support.Conclusion The occupational stress and sleep quality conditions of high medical school teachers are serious.And with the increase of occupational stress,the sleep quality of the teachers is reducing.So it should catch our attention,and we should take effective intervention measures.
