摘要
在校大学生课外科技创新活动是大学教育实践环节的重要组成部分,也是学风、班风建设的重要方式和载体。开展和实施大学生科研创新活动是创新人才培养的一种有效途径。以上海第二工业大学这一应用型本科院校的材料化学专业创新人才培养模式的探索与实践为例,进行了分析与阐述。实践证明,以大学生参与科研为切入点的创新人才培养,能够大幅提高学生动手及实践能力,增强学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,实现学生综合素质的全面提升。在促进就业、考研及学风、班风建设等方面具有一定的启发意义。
University students' extra-curricular scientific research activity is an important component of the practice part in college education. It is also an important way and carrier of constructing the study and class mode. The development and implementation of the undergraduate innovation activities for scientific research is an effective approach for training innovative talents. It focuses on analyzing the exploration and practice of cultivating innovative talents in application-oriented regular universities by taking material chemistry specialty of Shanghai Polytechnic University for example. It has been proved that students' comprehensive quality can be improved greatly and their ability of practice, the ability to analyze and solve problems can be enhanced through innovative talents cultivation of involving in the practice of scientific research. The research offers enlightenment on employment promotion, postgraduate entrance exams, construction of study and class mode, etc.
