摘要
以广东省2003—2014年化肥施用量、农村用电量、农业机械总动力、第一产业从业人员和农作物播种面积等5个投入变量以及农业生产总值单一输出变量,运用数据包络分析(Data envelopment analysis,DEA)对广东省农业生产效率进行了测算与纵向对比分析.结果显示:广东省农业生产在农业技术投入、技术创新和农用科技推广上能够达到相对有效;广东农业生产存在着规模无效,农业规模效率处于较低的水平,技术效率所带来的优势几乎被规模无效所抵消;广东农业生产存在着严重的资源浪费.提出应促进农业规模经营、提高资源利用率以及合理转移农村剩余劳动力以进一步提升广东农业生产效率.
Based on five input variables, such as the total of fertilizer quantity, rural electricity con- sumption, the total power of agricultural machinery, the number of employees in first industry and a sin- gle output variable of gross agricultural production in Guangdong (2003 -2014) , the efficiency of agri- cultural production in Guangdong province was measured and longitudinal comparative analyzed using da- ta envelopment analysis (DEA). The results showed that technology investment, technological innova- tion, agricultural science and technology promotion could achieve relatively effective; the scale efficiency was invalid at a low level, and the advantage of technology efficiency was almost offset by no scale effi- ciency ; there was a serious waste of resources in agricultural production. The agricultural scale should be promoted, and the resource utilization and transfer of rural surplus labor should be improved to further en- hance the efficiency of agricultural production in Guangdong.
